Arbutus Ridge

Arbutus Ridge is a picturesque seaside village on Vancouver Island boasting sweeping water views planned around a championship 18-hole golf course and tennis courts. This 650-home community was conceived with a walkable Village Centre at its heart equipped with workshops, craft rooms, meeting rooms, a fitness centre, heated swimming pool, library, lounge and convenience store. The Arbutus Ridge Golf &Country Club features casual and full course dining in the Bar & Grill and full banquet facilities are available right in the clubhouse. Arbutus Ridge Golf course was one of the first golf courses in Canada to measure it’s carbon footprint and register with the Adubon Society, demonstrating sustainable leadership in the industry.

CRC Developments started Arbutus Ridge in 1987, and the community remains one of the most sought-after developments in the region to this day
