Gallagher's Canyon
Located in beautiful Kelowna next to the stunning Layer Cake Mountain rising over 300 feet from the canyon floor overlooking one of Canada's premier championship golf courses is the Village at Gallagher's Canyon. In 1992 CRC Developments commenced development on a 685-unit master planned lifestyle community of fine custom homes. Featuring a mix of townhomes, single level bungalows, ranchers and larger two-story family homes, all with carefully controlled placements to maximize the view potential and access to amenities.
The Village Centre, sited on a height of land to make the most of the panoramic views was designed to bring the community together as a gathering place. Featuring an indoor swimming pool, fully equipped fitness centre, swirl pool, craft room, games and club rooms for residents to gather and socialize. Gallagher's Canyon Golf and Country Club features two courses, an 18-hole championship course and the 9-hole executive course the Pinnacle.

Gallagher’s Canyon Capstone Phase
In late 2023, CRC Developments submitted a development application to the City of Kelowna for the final 40 home “Capstone” phase of the 685-unit masterplan. The project is envisioned as a mix of 21 townhomes and 19 condominium homes in two story buildings, designed with the form and character of existing Gallagher’s Canyon homes in mind.
The three-bedroom townhomes and one-to-three-bedroom condominiums are designed to offer a new style of home to the prestigious community of Gallagher's Canyon that will appeal to existing and new residents alike. Each home will have expansive views, outdoor living space, the primary bedroom and laundry on the main floor and a lock-and-go recreational lifestyle. As part of the condominium building, a new golf shop and café would be provided to allow for more opportunities to eat, drink and shop at the Pinnacle Course.
The Pinnacle Golf course will remain an exciting and inclusive nine-hole golf course and will receive slight adjustments to accommodate the development. The golf course modifications will be designed by Lobb & Partners, a world-class golf course Architect with experience around the globe.
